Hello, I’m Chic Hopson, Certified Personal Trainer, and CEO and Founder of nospoH Enterprises.  We started our company in 2005 with the main goal of developing a workout product that was economical, portable, and lightweight for easy use while traveling.  Another priority was to have our product be 100% made in the USA. 

After 2 years of extensive research involving over 700 participants and several hundred hours of tweaking and refinement, we believe the Stretch and Press has met these goals and is your key to a healthier future. 

Our Motto:  Use what you’ve got, to get the body you want.  Thanks to the Stretch and Press, all you need is doorway to get a great workout in a short amount of time.  Just add an optional plate or two, and you are ready for advanced body sculpting.
